The Platform is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific product terms and conditions published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between 133bdt and the user.

1. Definitions

Any registration by a person under the age of 21 is void from the outset, and 133bdt will close any such account upon discovery, withholding any balance pending investigation.

Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Identity Verification

133bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any registered User at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or proof of address. Users must cooperate fully with verification requests. Until verification is completed to 133bdt's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held and account functionality may be restricted.

2.4 Jurisdiction

It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the User's jurisdiction. 133bdt makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction. If access to online gambling is unlawful where you are located, you must not use the Platform.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is entitled to maintain exactly one Account on the Platform at any given time. If 133bdt determines that a User has opened or is operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — 133bdt reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the User from the Platform.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's credentials to access any account on the Platform. 133bdt will treat any activity conducted under your credentials as activity conducted by you.

3.3 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 133bdt support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering obligations and pending verification requirements.

3.4 Account Suspension or Closure by 133bdt

133bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without prior notice, where 133bdt has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has: (a) provided false registration information; (b) breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (c) engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (d) used the Platform in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users; or (e) failed to cooperate with a verification request. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal conduct, 133bdt may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

133bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Current accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the User's Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. 133bdt is not responsible for delays caused by the User's mobile financial service provider or bank. 133bdt reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is identified as fraudulent.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise arranged with 133bdt support. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 133bdt aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe from the point of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements. 133bdt reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts per transaction or per rolling period.

4.4 Funds Held in Account

Real-money funds deposited into a User's Account are held for the purpose of funding bets and game play on the Platform. These funds do not earn interest. 133bdt is not a bank or financial institution, and Account Balances are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Users are advised to withdraw funds promptly rather than holding large balances in their Account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Programme

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Promotional offers made available by 133bdt — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These general terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed with Bonus Funds on games that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not count toward the rollover.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

133bdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotional benefit, and close any Account where 133bdt has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has abused any promotional offer. 5.4 VIP Programme

133bdt operates a VIP programme with multiple tier levels. Tier advancement, tier benefits, and tier maintenance requirements are determined by 133bdt at its sole discretion and may be amended at any time. VIP status, accrued points, and tier-specific benefits are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash except where explicitly stated in the VIP programme terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.4 Disconnection and Technical Failures

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 133bdt shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with the User's access to or use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 133bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

133bdt's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 133bdt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right; or (d) any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. 14. Severability

If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms & Conditions.
